We are seeing a False Positive reported for our website. This is a false positive as confirmed by Shopify. Our customers are getting this warning message, and I have opened two false positive support review requests to Norton, but neither have been responded to, with the oldest being over 2 months ago now. Does anyone know how we can get Norton to review this at all? As it is effecting our business now as customers are unable to access the website.
