False positive: prudencia.ai flagged as URL:Blacklist / "Malicious software"

We are the verified owners of prudencia.ai (ownership verified in Norton Safe Web) and have already submitted a dispute. Our domain is being blocked for paying customers, by both Norton and Avast, with detection name URL:Blacklist, detected by Web Shield / URL scanning. Alert IDs: 862e16b9407f and 1f747b0e0ac8/2026-09-21T08:23:40.498Z.

prudencia.ai is a Spanish legal-tech SaaS (an AI assistant for law firms). It hosts no downloadable software or executables, no third-party or user-generated content, and no ad redirection scripts.

Audit performed on 21 September 2026:

  • The domain is flagged, but our three load balancer IPs and our CloudFront CDN are all rated “g” — this is not a shared-hosting issue.
  • VirusTotal: clean across ~90 URL engines, Google Safebrowsing included. Not listed in OpenPhish; no malicious verdict in any urlscan_io scan.
  • composer audit and npm audit: zero advisories. WordPress core and plugins up to date, no malware, no injected redirects, no SEO spam (verified as Googlebot).
  • User uploads live in a private bucket with full public access block: no third party can host anything under the domain.

Eight paying customers have been unable to work since 10 September. Could a moderator escalate this to Threat Labs? We are happy to provide any evidence needed.

Many thanks!

Do you have any idea what caused this false positive? Is there anything we can do on our side to prevent it from happening again?
