False Positive Question

Hello,

I reported a false positive to Norton and I received an email from Symantec today stating that they had reviewed my submission and were going to remove the false positive.

Anyway the problem is... I have run Live Update to get the latest anti-virus definitions... but the program (which is game on CD)  is still being blocked by Norton as a Trojan -- which is why I reported the issue to Norton in the first place.  In the past this game ran without any problems... it was only in the last 10 days that the game has been flagged as a Trojan by NIS's auto-protect. Norton removes the game .exe file and when I try reinstalling the .exe from the game CD, Norton blocks the installation.

So my question is this:

How long does it take the new virus definitions to reflect the changes??  Should I wait a few days and try again and see if Norton is still flagging this program as a Trojan when it's not?  Or do I need to report this problem again?  Or do I need to contact someone in customer service?

Any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
