[False Positive] quietart.store wrongly rated as "Unsafe" after submission - Please review manually

Hi Norton Community and Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request a manual review for my website: https:// www.quietart**(dot)store**

Context:

  • Website Type: A legitimate e-commerce store built on the Shopify platform, dedicated to selling original watercolor digital art assets

  • Safety Status: The site is 100% clean, hosting no malware, no phishing scripts, and no malicious downloads whatsoever.

The Issue: Initially, my website was flagged with a “Warning” status. I submitted a dispute via the Safe Web portal to request a re-evaluation. However, I just received an automated email notification showing a worse result:

  • Old Rating: Safe

  • New Rating: Unsafe

This automated verdict is completely incorrect and is severely damaging my business, as my target customers heavily rely on Norton products and VPNs to browse.

Technical Evidences:

  1. SSL/TLS Security: Our website has a perfect Grade A rating on SSL Labs (verified on Shopify’s secure infrastructure).

  2. Global Security Vendors: According to VirusTotal, out of 92 major global security vendors, 90 vendors confirm our site is 100% clean. Only 2 minor databases flagged it by mistake (False Positive), which we are also disputing.

I have attached the screenshots of the automated email and our clean VirusTotal test for your reference.

Could an Admin or Norton Employee please look into this case, bypass the automated bot filter, and manually whitelist quietart.store?

Thank you very much for your time and support!

Note: after submitting dispute and waiting 48 business hours with no change.
Contact official Norton Support and advise support that you’ve submitted dispute and waited 48 business hours. My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.

Norton Submission Portal is used for submitting false positive reports.
Verified site owners generally have access to a dashboard where they can see the status of their site and any pending disputes.
If the status of your site has not changed – on the Safe Web public lookup – after 48 business hours – contact official Norton Support directly. Explicitly tell the agent: “I have already submitted a site dispute via the Safe Web portal more than 48 hours ago and have not received a status update.” This often prompts support to escalate the ticket manually.
