False Positive Reporting Link Broken

I keep getting the following error: "Sorry, the security characters entered did not match. Please try again. Please also note that your File Upload selection has been cleared. Please reenter it before submitting." The security character recognition software is broken - please fix. I need to report a false positive.

Hello Norton/Symantec. Is anyone at least working on this? I have tried the link above with several PCs using dialup and hi-speed Internet - always get the same error.
