False Positive - Safety Minder Not Running

I get the email stating:  

 

The Safety Minder tool on XXXXXX used by XXXXX, has been disabled.

 

But when I check the PC / Account in question, everything is fine and running (checking the status in the System Tray).  In fact, I get web site, search, etc. reports before and after the "false positive" report on the Safety Minder tool being diasbled.  

 

I also get the status on the web site that monitoring has not been running for two weeks, when clearly it is running.

Do you have more than 1 profile set up? It's possible one of those other profiles is reporting this issue.

By profiles do you mean user accounts that are monitored?

Profiles are the child profiles that you added to OnlineFamily.Norton Web site (You should be able to see all your kid profiles with picture icons right after you log into OnlineFamily.Norton).
