False positive Safeweb

A website I have worked on is being classified under 'Malicious Sources/Malnets' by Safeweb.

Unfortunately Safeweb does not indicate which files it rates as suspicious.

I have tried to submit a dispute last week, the result came back with the same classification.

I have since updated all plugins and the website theme, and run the site through various scanners, all who reported the site safe.

Then I tried to create a new dispute, but the form says 'Dispute is already in progress.'

We're trying to call attention:

 GST:
Is the status 'Dispute is already in progress' always followed with an update after 2 days? 
I am asking because I can't remember that last week I filed another dispute.

I've seen update take less/more than 2 days. 
Did you receive email notice?

fwiw ~ my experience...submissions on Fri/Sat/Sun....seem to take 2 business days
I imagine submissions in queue are automated review.
