False positive while building MySQL Connector/C 6.1.5

I just downloaded the source code for MySQL Connector/C 6.1.5 directly from Oracle at the the following link

 

http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/c/

 

and tried to compile it with Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 (fully updated).  When I tried to build this code, NIS detected Suspicious.Cloud.7.F in the freshly compiled libmysql.dll and removed the file.

 

This is almost certainly a false positive. How do I either report the false positive to Norton or override the problem somehow?
