Yesterday I reported a possible false positive (repeated Intrusion Attempt Blocking Message) for a website I have visited for years and which the owner has swept many times found clean. I got a robo letter from Norton. The thing is, Norton's own safe search is saying the site is ok. Any ideas of how I can get a real person from Norton to look at it?
