Family Minder disable Option by Norton

When my kids log onto the computer, the Norton program is giving the option to diable the Family Minder plug-in.  How do I disable the ablility for the kids to disable the Family Minder plug-in?  They do not have administrative rights, nor do they know the email address of pass word.
