I noticed that one of our computers was not logging activity. I do not see the Icon in the bottom right task bar. How do I get it back to manage enable/disable and updates?

If you don't see the Norton Safety Minder icon in the system tray, you can reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the PC to make sure it's installed on the PC correctly. You can download it at https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs
