We have successfully used the Premier version for a few weeks. Then I added YouTube.com to the list of blocked web sites. Immediately I began to get the e-mails telling me that "The Norton Family browser plug-in was unexpectedly turned off". But every time I check it is on. However, internet connectivity via Internet Explorer on this computer comes and goes now, and often the browser will not start at all. Other programs on this computer can access the internet, and other computers in the house that have not had Family Premier installed have no issues at all. Uninstalling Norton Family Premier restoresd internet connectivity. Please advise!
