I have set up norton family premier on my 3 kids phones. At first it was working great. I set the time I wanted their phones to be allowed on and set the number of hours I wanted them to be able to use during that time. I kept an eye on how well it tracked and it was pretty accurate. That was the first week. Now when I check in from my pc on their time activity it will say 0 time used most days, even though I know they have been on their phones. The next day it will tell me a fairly accurate total of what they used but it hasn't been showing up the day of. Today I checked and it says my son has used all 6 hours of his time for the day. The phone shut off at 2am as per my time frame speculations and hes been asleep since about 11pm last night. Therefor there is no way he has used 6 hours (he's not awake yet) since midnight until 2am when the day started. The timing on the phones was one of the main reasons we purchased Norton Family Premier so I'm quite disappointed to find it not working correctly. Is this a common problem or is there something that I am simply missing? All other settings seem to be working fine. Text msg's match perfectly, web activity is dead on as is the app section. I have never had it show me that they use social media on their phones, even though they all use facebook and instagram.
