Hi,

 

I have installed Norton Family Protection into my kids’ tablets. I’ve noticed that the web filtering works; however, Norton takes some seconds to block prohibited websites, which exposes my kids to inappropriate contents for some seconds. Is there any way to make Norton to block prohibited websites at the same moment they are being accessed, and not some seconds after?

Can you please let us know what version(s) of Android is running on the tablets and what kind of tablets they are?

Hi Katie,

 

One of the tablets is an HP Slate 7 2800 (Android 4.1.1) and the other one is a Samsung Galaxy GT-PT3100 (Android 4.03). Thanks in advance for your help.
