I wanted to load, from internet, Skype on my laptop but the loading process ceased with the message "Fatal Error: Failed to get proc address for GetLogicalProcessorInformation (Kernel 32.dll)". My laptop is however protected by Norton and Norton has not detected this fact and indeed did'not repair this fact. What have I to do to repair this problem? Thank you for your help.
