Fault 5013.3 keeps on appearing after autofix

I need answers how to remove this Norton Fault 5013.3

It could a problem with BFE service, or a ZeroAccess problem.

Please replace Step # 3 & 4 with the following:

Left Click on Base Filtering Engine.reg

On the Popup you get at the bottom of the page, left click on the down arrow and left click on Save As. On the next page left click on Desktop and then SAVE. This should place the Base Filtering Engine.reg shortcut on your desktop. Double click it.

Then follow on with the instructions provided.
