Faulty online backup nightmare

I have Online backup 25GB, started getting errors, checked error log, it was saying the backup space is full. Confused, i checked the size of my backup which is 4.66GB. I checked again online and it says 24.96GB used. Even more confused, I PURGED EVERY LAST FILE from the online backup, but hey presto it says I am still using 20.63 GB, so now I cannot complete my backups. I have been through Norton Chat support, who made me fill in a data purge request and I have E-Mailed that last week Wednesday, NO REPLY, I phoned customer support, 30 MINS on phone, no resolution, but to call the support numbre , hey presto IT DOES NOT WORK!, I contact Online chat again, give them my ref no, and 30 minutes later i am back at square one, being told to fill in the same form and e-mail it so the same address again.

 

All I want is to Back Up the data on the Space that i have paid for.

 

Why is this so difficult, i have now spent well over 5 Hrs trying to get this sorted and nothing. Time is money and I am losing by the minute!

 

Any Ideas, anyone had this issue before, I am clutching at straws
