Recently all my files be it png, jpeg, pdf, doc stopped opening. Then I noticed all of them had got a file extension fdcv added to them. Apparently, it is a virus. As a result I am not able to open my files. Norton 360 anti virus is not able to spot the error and fix them. Please help, if anyone can.
