On Feb 13, we released an update to the Norton Family web service to address a number of technical issues that were raised in this forum. They include:
- “What happened to my Norton Family Premier features? I can’t access them in the web portal, and my subscription is current”
- “I’ve upgraded the Norton Family Premier but I need to log out and log back into the web portal before I can see the Norton Family Premier features”
- “I’ve downloaded the Norton Family client from the web portal and finished installing the client on my child’s machine but no activity is being captured”
- “I’ve signed up Norton Family but didn’t have any children setup yet. Now I see an error message when I try to log in”
We know that you depend on Norton Family to help keep your kids safe, and your confidence in the product is something that we take very seriously.
