Having recently done a "Factory" restore to eliminate all traces of Ghost 14 (Norton Uninstall didn't fool a reinstall of Ghost 14 - Couldn't reconcile) two days later I am getting repeated messages that the "Agent cannot be started" along with companion XP error reporting messages.
Fixinstall.bat nor Repair via Add/Remove programs worked.
Fortunately in the interim I had made a recovery disk and was able to restore to yesterdays backup!
This has eliminated the problem, but recovering Ghost 14 functionality is not quite the reason I create the backup(s).
Have to say the more I use it the more I am becoming disillusioned with it.
Its great when it works but can't be uninstalled (even with the removal tool) & now seems very flakey in use.
