Fed up with "loyalty" pricing

Another year, and again I'm forced to buy a new license, and not renew.
Doing so gets me 15 months of the same cover I currently use, for 40% of the cost of my renewal "offer" for 12 months.

Even after talking to support and being offered first a 20%, then 40% discount to the "offer" - that still ended up being more the "new" prices from the NortonLifeLock store in Amazon.

Last year, they just about matched it; this year, it seems not.

Guess I'll be entering a new license code on my devices, next month.

@Adam13 Are you chatting with Norton support at this site?

Oh no; it's not automatic renewal; I always turn that off. It would cost even more!

it's the offer I got because my subscription is coming to an end, without automatic renewal.

And my faith in Support is a little skewed after the last chat:

It's the choice you get:

comfort of automatic renewal, with the full price
or
a little hassle and much cheaper price

You could also buy the new license and call support to add the days to your old subscription, works well but needs contact with support
