Fed up!

I want to opt-out from Auto-Renewal on Norton AV. The online Help said that if I want to opt-out, all I had to do was go and sign in to my Norton account, which I promptly did. BUT NO WAY I could see anything about opting out. And no way to find out HOW!

Nothing but a confirmation that I am already set up for Auto-Renewal and don't need to "take any further action." My effort to delete my credit card info was rejected.

Then I did a search for "Opt-out" in the Help and Support section and got 25 returns, NONE of which had anything at all about how to opt-out from Auto Renewal.

Then I tried "Instant" Live Chat. After filling out the **bleep** form for Live Chat, I got put on a queue at #217!! After 10 minutes, I was at #210. Instant? What a joke!

After 2 hours of utter frustration, I've had it with you. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I'm planning to file a report of FRAUD with Federal & State consumer protection agencies. And post what's happening to me on as MANY pc user forums online as I can find in the next 2 hours. People ought to know what you slimebags are up to.
