I bought Internet Security 2015 the other day. I have two Windows 7 computers at home. One in French and one in English. I first download and install it on the French computer. So far so good. Then I go to my wife's computer to install it in English. I download the installer from norton.com/setup and start the installation process. It starts in English. Then, it switches to French. I cannot change the language back to English, either during the installation process or after.
I get in touch with you chat line. The very nice person at Norton Support gets me to download the latest English version from the norton.com/latestns link. The software installs in English, just as I wanted. All is now good for me. But the customer experience still leaves me lacking. So I choose to provide you with some "Voice of the Customer" to help you improve your product.
My feedback for Norton is as follows: Please make it so that the user can choose the language of their software. There are lots of multi-language households out there. French/English in Canada, English/Spanish in the U.S., French/Dutch in Belgium, French/German/Italian in Switzerland, Finnish/Swedish in Finland, etc. Not to mention all the households where one member of the couple originates from another country and wishes to do computing in his/her native language.
