FF 23.0.1 and nvp 12.0.0.380-1

i have two winxp,sp3,nis2012,ff&ie8,mbam on demand,sandboxie3.76     i upgraded ff to 23.o.1 yesterday. one machine nvp is 11.4.0.6-1    the other machine nvp is now 12.0.0.380-1     toolbar for both is 2012.5.17.2     where did this 380 come from? thanks
