New to the forum and am looking for help. Seems all my .doc, .xls, .jpg, .ppt files have been infected by somthing that leaves the message FileError_22001. I have done some checking at other sites and it looks as if a trojan has created 2 new folders
\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\CDD, and
\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\FLR.

These sites have been talking about this problem but I have not been able to find a fix to restore files. They gave a link to Dr.Web.com but that didn't work.
Anyone else have tis problem or know of a fix? Have tons of pictures and docs that would be impossible to recreate.
