Files trying to reach the internet

I brew reinstall gcc to install python-xgboost

  1.  brew reinstall gcc --without-multilib

During this reinstallation several files tried to reach the internet and were blocked by application blocker. When I click find in finder, there is no response.  When I list /private/ the folder is not there.

Am I dealing with a virus, backdoor?
