Hi there, this is my first post so please bear with me!!
I have just run ‘one click support’ and it has thrown up a Filter Driver Error needing attention however the suggested fix
(sfc /scannow) has not removed the alert on my next boot up.
Any suggestions as to what to try next?
The problem I am trying to fix overall is all the browsers I have tried (google chrome, opera, firefox, ie8) ‘lock up’
when I try to open my Yahoo email. This account is fine on other computers so I suspect some
sort of infection.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
