I've been using Online Family for a while now and recently purchased 3 Google Nexus 7 for my kids. I downloaded and installed the NOF app and configured it. The app says that it is active and using the house rules. I have confirmed that the online profiles see the new devices and report they are actively being monitored.
However, when I browse the Internet on the devices nothing is being blocked. I have gone back to the computers my kids use and that's not being filtered either. The site minder application is active in the system tray and reports its working properly with updated house rules.
I have seen a couple other unresolved posts talking about the same issue, but the reply button is greyed out....or I would have added this comment to those threads.
