Find Product Key If Subscription Is Employee Benefit?

Hello & Thank You,

NortonLifeLock 360 was offered in employee benefit package. We pay a reduced "group" price for the subscription.

Product name is LifeLock with Norton Benefit Premier.

The Help/Support content and videos do not advise how to find the product key in this scenario.

The methods they show fail to locate/show my product key. My screen does not match their example.

I need to add protection to a new, Windows 10 laptop and a new, Moto G7 Android phone.

Thanks for the added information. It might help someone else some day.

Thanks again peterweb.  What I learned:

If a discounted subscription is provided as an employee benefit, there is no product key for the end user (employee).

One logs in to Norton.com with the uid & pw that were set up when the employee started the benefit-subscription.

If installing 360 on a pc, it is done directly via the download function on Norton.com.

If installing on a phone, the website download function will generate and send an email download link. Access that link on the phone and it will install directly from Norton.com same as a pc.

That sounds right. If the company offers this benefit, they have to monitor and administer it.

Thank you peterweb.

Appears I must contact employer's HR/Benefits department.

Who ever is responsible for the purchase will have the key in a Norton Account that they manage. Check with that individual to see if they can tell you how to get the product installed.
