All the info I can see to cancel automatic renewal does not match what I am actually seeing in my account my subscriptions.

Probably best to write a letter to the California Attorney General. There is a law about this sort of thing.
If you are within 45 days of subscription renewal, the option to turn off Automatic Renewal is no longer offered within your Norton Account. You need to contact Norton Support and ask them to turn it off for you. In the mean time you can go into your Norton Account Settings and delete your payment information so you will not get charged.
If using chat feature as soon as you can enter information, enter Live Agent three times to get connected to a human.
