Finding restored files

I had to replace the hard drive. I restored the files from backup. I can't find any of the restored files in any of the folders.

Hi,

When you made the backuup were the files in folders? If they were are you looking in those folders of the folders you created as part of your restoration of the drive?

Hi,

Can you tell me in greater detail how you did the backup? It is beginning to sound like the folders got backed up but the contents didn't. I know if I don't check the box to include sub folders when I backup my email it creates a mess if I try to restore that backup.
