Yes. Norton works fine for self unlocking using touch id and passcode.
I was using android 11 from months. But this lattest security update (Jan 2021) caused the issue.

I tried FACTORY RESET but problem is still there.
It was working fine before lattest Jan 2021 update to my pixel 3 running on android 11.
I am using Norton app lock v1.4.0.511 .
It was Android 11 since i buy the Smartfon. Fingerprint works in Android everywhere, but not in your tool. The Problem started with the Update. Fingerprint also works now by starting your tool. It does not works when i start an app that should be saved (?) by your tool. The Problem begins with the Update yesterday. I must use the keycode to start the Apps saved by your tool. The keycode works.
Have you had Android 11 with the fingerprint working? It seems like it may be related to your latest security update. Or did this update also upgrade you to Android 11?
It works for months, then my Pixel 4a made an security Update today.
After this update the Problem begins.
Version is 1.4.0.511
Android 11, now the Update from 5.1.2021
