I installed 360 on my daughter's HP with the fingerprint reader, and now the HP doesn't even seem to know there is a fingerprint reader installed. How can I get this working again, and is there a known conflict between 360 and the HP reader? Thanks in advance.

Check in Device Manager and see if there is any issue with Biometric Devices. Try clicking on the Driver tab in properties. Then try to update the driver.
If that does not help, try uninstalling the device. Reboot the computer, and Windows should detect and reinstall the driver.
If it is not detected, go to the HP site and download and install the driver.

Sorry for the trouble. Please provide the make & model of the computer you use. Is this a new installation of Norton 360 or you were upgrading Norton 360 to the latest version? Which was your previous security product?
