Thanks for the heads ups.  That unwanted unified extensions (jigsaw piece) button has reappeared in my Firefox v111 toolbar as well.

I see AskVG updated their instructions at Disable or Remove “Extensions” Button from Firefox Toolbar on 14-Mar-2023 on how to do this in Firefox v111 or higher (see METHOD 1: Disable Extensions Button Using CSS Style Code) but I don't want to create a custom CSS style sheet just to do this.
