We recommend that you have the latest version of Norton Internet Security and Norton 360 installed. If you are not seeing the Norton Toolbar in Firefox 13, check and make sure you're running NIS 19.7.1.5, N360 v6.2.1.5 or CNSS v6.2.1.5. Please visit our Norton Update Center to receive the latest update. You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version. Comcast NSS customers can download the latest version here.
If you are running Firefox 13 (final release) and Norton Internet Security 19.7.1.5 (2012), Norton 360 v6.2.1.5 (2012) or Comcast Norton Security Suite v6.2.1.5 and still do not see the Norton Toolbar, please check and ensure the Norton Toolbar plugin is enabled. You can do this by clicking on the Firefox menu, selecting Add-ons, and then clicking Enable next to Norton Toolbar.
If you're running NIS 18.7.1.3, N360 v5.2.1.3, or CNSS v5.2.1.3 (2011 products) and are not seeing the toolbar, run LiveUpdate to download and install the patch, then restart your system for the changes to take effect.
Also, if you're running the 2011 versions and have applied the Firefox 13 compatibility patch, you may see autofill issues with Facebook.com. We're working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. An easy way to resolve these problems is to update to the 2012 versions, which can be done through the Norton Update Center. Comcast NSS customers can download the latest version here. This facebook.com issue has been resolved with the release of Norton Internet Security 18.7.2.3 and Norton 360 v5.2.2.3.
Please note: We now only officially support Firefox 11.0 and above. Firefox 10.x and older are no longer supported. See this announcement for more information.
