Hello, Same story as in related problems reported with Norton Vulnerability Protection being disabled in Firefox. Reformat and fresh install of Win8pro, and fresh install of NIS 20.4. Liveupdated and rebooted (several times) until no more updates available. Last few times at liveupdate only pulse updates received, nothing else. NTB is ok but NVP in firefox stuck at version 11.3.0.9-4 and deactivated by Firefox due to incompatible with Firefox 23.0.1. Is anyone at Symantec (already/still?) busy investigating to get this issue solved? Thanks regards
