I have read all the posts on this topic and have ensured that I have the latest NIS uupdate "You have the lastest version" which is 21.1.0.18. Have run LIVEUPDATE until "not required" shows, still FF25 shows Norton toolbar is disabled. IU have rebooted twice. Uninstalled FF25 and reinstalled FF24. Did the whole process over with the same result.
