I have been using Windows 10 for the last 8 months and Firefox for several years and never encountered this problem before.
After updating Firefox yesterday from 47.0.1 to 48.0 I can't pin the Firefox shortcut to the taskbar. After googling for a while, none of the solutions suggested would work. I created a shortcut in my Desktop and if I drag it to the taskbar area I can see a small stop-sign icon that shows up as soon as reach that area; if I right click on the shortcut, there is an option for "Pin to Start" but no option for "Pin to Taskbar".
Can someone help, please?
