I opened up a site I have never used before in a Firefox tab. I can no longer do anything except call a number they want me to call which I am sure is a scam. The message I am getting: This Computer Is Blocked Error # MS-77X1
Not sure why Norton let it happen but how do I undo it.
I have Norton Security Premium and Norton Utilities
What you are likely seeing is a redirect from a malformed ad on the web site you were viewing. Norton does not automatically block all redirects because many sites use them for legitimate reasons. Norton uses redirects on some of its own web pages.
To help stop these redirects you can install an ad blocker extension in your browser(s).
