Our Norton subscription allows to be put on 5 computers. However, because I am not the administrator, I cannot turn off the firewall. Certain emails keep getting blocked, A Norton rep told me I need to sign out of my PC, sign into the administrator’s PC, turn off the firewall, then sign back into my PC to check emails, then sign back into the administrators PC to turn the firewall back on, sign out and sign back into mine to continue working. This is crazy. There must be another way.
