I use Norton 360 with windows 7 [ I do not want windows 10 yet] and since the last up date - I'm getting a fire wall not operating and I cannot use Norton support chat . Every time I try to chat it just returns to the last page . So I have a problem and cannot talk to support to resolve it anyone help ?
