Firewall -> Application blocking still does not work on MacBook Air M1

I reported this issue one month ago and none of the Norton Staff has answered, and, in my opinion, this is an implausible behaviour from a company like Norton.

The Firewall->Application Blocking, and all other features under Firewall, stop working the first time I turn on my Mac after installing Norton 360.
Everything works fine until I use the Mac after installing the program, but when I turn the Mac off and on again the Firewall is completely absent and there is no way to turn it on, the only way is to uninstall and reinstall Norton ... and this makes the program practically useless.

Thanks for the answer, I will try to contact Norton support even if I'm almost sure that for this kind of issue the chat is not the way.

anyway thanks.

The forum is pretty much dead, why not contact Norton support via chat or phone? That's the best way to communicate with them right now
