Firewall Program Control Tab

I reinstalled Norton 360 after a windows 11 pro refresh.  Since then I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling norton, using the "uninstall and reinstall tool", and using revouninstall one time and the Firewall Program Control doesn't work. It doesn't show the software anymore to allow or not allow.  It won't add anything either.  I'm sure it's something simple, but I don't know what.  Maybe I need to delete everything Norton in my registry, but want to try something else first. If anyone has a fix, I would really appreciate it.

I finally figured out how to get the program contrl working again while playing with every setting in firewall and administrative settings. I found "Firewall Reset".  I've never noticed that before.  Clicked "Reset" and Program Control started working again. We'll see if it's still working at the end of the day.

Oh yeah, I've ran many programs since I reinstalled Norton. I thought, "well, let's manually add the programs", but the Add Button doesn't work either.

Have you started up the programs you wish to use on your system before looking at your Program Control tab? Programs are added to that tab as they are being used. They are not populated until uses so programs you will never use are not taking up slots in the firewall control.
