Firewall rules export and import

I have two computers, an old and a new one.

Is it possible to export all firewall rules from the old one to the new one?

I'm installing same programs on the new one and I don't want to loose time creating firewall rules on the new computer. 

I'm using Norton security.

Sorry to say that there is no way to migrate Norton settings from one computer to another. Suggestions have been made, but no news yet.
