I am writing to find out if the Norton Firewall changes when a different user logins.
To be clear:
Does the firewall change on a per user basis, especially if the account is set to Administrator or Standard?
For example, on Windows 10 with an Administrators account I have allowed access to port 5900 for RDS. When I sign into a standard account, access is denied.
If firewall rules are different for each user, or user type, how can I access the firewall from a standard account?
