I have been using 360 for 4 years but never faced such problem.
I have purchased wild tangent game but seems firewall is blocking access to the games.
How do i configure my firewall for such access.

Lets try disabling the smart firewall and see if you are able to play the game.
Open the product and click on settings on the top.On the right hand side , uncheck smart firewall and choose 15 minutes to turn that off.
Try to play the game and see if there is any trouble.If there are no troubles,we can confirm that its the Norton 360 which is blocking the same.
If that's the case,open the product again and click on settings.
On the left hand side,click on settings and go to program control and see if you see the .exe file or the application file for the game in the list . If not add there, the file and choose allow to the pop up which you get asking how do you want the firewall to decide the access level.
Also see if you have any other antivirus products installed in your computer.If yes,can you remove them as well.

Under "Settings" UI open Firewall Settings, click on "Program Control" Tab, if the game application is already listed under it then
change the rule to "Allow" access.
If the game application is not listed under "Program Control", then click on "Add" button and browse to the game application path
select the application exe and create a "Allow" rule for the game.

Thanks for replying. I have tried disabling firewall for 15 min but still this game is not communicating with its server.
Seems that the issue is not created by Norton.
As mentioned earlier,please check for the presence of any other antivirus products .
I have only norton installed. Do not know.... will check again with wild tangent.
