Firewall settings greyed out

I am trying to make some changes to my firewall and I noticed that all of my settings under the settings tab are greyed out.  How do I gain control of these again.

Do you have a Fix Now button or At Risk message on the Norton product interface?

 

Can you try reactivating the Norton product? You can do this by clicking the Renew Now option at the bottom, and then enter your Product Key, and follow the screen instructions.

Are you talking about the Advanced Events Monitoring options?  In order to use those you will first need to first turn off Automatic Program Control.  However, it is generally recommended that you leave APC enabled and only use AEM for testing and troubleshooting.  Most things that users want to do with firewall reconfigurations can be done easier, and with less risk of creating connectivity issues, by going into Program Control and changing the Access permissions for individual programs.
