Firewall Traffic Rule 'Default Allow Inbound ICMP Destination Unreachable'

I cannot find any reference to the Norton Security Settings/Firewall/Traffic Rules tab entry:
Default Allow Inbound ICMP Destination Unreachable
When I view the rule, I see this in the tabs:
Action: Allow
Connections: Connections from other computers
Computers: Any Computer
Communications: ‘allow - ICMP’ | ports - dest (command 3)

If I could find reference to the rule on the Norton site, I might feel more comfortable. But I also am not able to find any reference to ‘dest (command 3)’. Is anyone familiar with this rule and settings?

I have the latest update to Norton Security - 22.0.2.17.
