FIREWALL?

I'm not sure if this is a firewall problem or even a Norton problem, but I can't find any other answers to this issue. It's about email, there are some promotional emails I was regularly that have stopped. I've checked with the websites and am still signed up to receive them and I've checked my spam and junk mail folders and they aren't going there. I tried using my alternate email address and they won't go there either so I'm pretty sure it's not my email provider. Could my Norton be blocking them? I just recently renewed my Norton account and it seems like I noticed I wasn't getting them around that time frame, although I can't be certain. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
