I'm not a computer expert but I know a little bit but here's my problem my firewall blocks my internet explorer and I bought a new router and modem and it blocks that to I went threw all the steps to unblock it but won't let me so I finally shut Norton off for now going to let my son hook up my router and modem but he won't know anything about Norton might have to call them or have someone look at it I spent a couple hours trying to fix it but didn't work is there a Norton book for dummies out there?
